Questions are the Answer
Many people are reluctant to ask questions of their doctor. This spot is part of a package of PSAs targeted to the African-American community to address that issue. Dr. Carolyn Clancy (director of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality) and Dr. Miriam Burnett (medical director for the African Methodist Episcopal Church) appear together to urge viewers to ask questions of their healthcare providers. The audience hears that "Questions are the Answer" to quality health care.
